A note from the creator
Hi, I'm Adam.
I'm the creator of RootFlare. I've worked in the tree care industry since the '90s, and I've been writing code just as long, specializing in web development and start-ups. The two go together better than you might think: working in trees keeps me healthy, so I can keep writing code.
I built RootFlare when I started doing tree risk assessments and found myself spending far too much time writing up reports. Nothing I found on the market fit right. I wanted something easy to use in the field and in the office: somewhere to record my observations, then report on them and present the data as clearly as possible. So I built my own.
I now use RootFlare for all of my assessments, on residential, commercial and municipal work. It has saved me hours, and I hope it does the same for you.
If you have an idea or feedback that would make RootFlare better, please let me know. I'm building it for working arborists, so hearing from you shapes what comes next.
Above all, I'm a family man. Tree work helps me support my family, and I built RootFlare hoping it could help with that too. When you choose RootFlare, you're supporting my family and a tool made by someone who does the work, not a big software company. Thank you for that.
Adam
